✔️ Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • You received a defective product

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product was damaged during delivery

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused & in original packaging

  • Provide photos/video as proof

If approved, we will:

  • Will Replace the product and the replacement product will delivered within 3-5 days.

    or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
